Overview

The World Health Organisation- Five Well-Being Index (WHO-5) is a brief, self-reported measure of current mental well-being, widely used to assess psychological health across different populations. This test evaluates subjective quality of life based on positive mood (good spirits, relaxation), vitality (being active and waking up fresh and rested), and general interest (being interested in things).

The WHO-5 is suitable for individuals aged 9 and above.
